Northwest Flower & Garden Show

Pam Seaberg

Pam Seaberg is an American Rose Society Consulting Rosarian.  Her garden has been featured in Sunset, Ortho’s All About Roses, and will be in Better Homes & Gardens special publication, Perennials, in the spring of 2006.  She is a regular presenter at Molbak’s, the Rose Society and many garden clubs.  In her own Kenmore garden she grows 140 roses, and has, over the years, learned about which varieties are best suited to the Northwest climate and how to care for them organically.

Growing Roses Naturally

Sunday February 12 at 2:00 pm in the Hood Room

If you are a rose lover, this is a must-see presentation.  Learn how to grow roses naturally, without expensive and polluting chemicals.  It begins with the best rose selections for the Northwest; proper mulching, using organic fertilizers and making other organic choices.  There will also be a review of common rose diseases so you can find out what’s damaging your roses and learn what to do about it.
