Northwest Flower & Garden Show
Madeline “Frankie” Dennison
Frankie Dennison first got hooked on fuchsias when her son gave her one for Mother’s Day. That started a life-long passion with hardy fuchsias, and has led her to grow more than 140 varieties in her half-acre garden, mixed artfully with other perennials and shrubs. She is very active in the fuchsia world in the Northwest, including serving as President of the Greater Seattle Fuchsia Society. She is also active in the Northwest Fuchsia Society lending a hand in many capacities as well as being a speaker and Judge. Her specialty is growing fuchsias as bonsai.
