Northwest Flower & Garden Show
EagleSong
In 1992 EagleSong founded RavenCroft Garden in Monroe and since 2002 has been the ‘Kitchen Garden Goddess’ for The Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville. She confesses that she first became enamored with kitchen gardening when she was 12 years old, and she was allowed to camp outside all summer long. She put in her very first “kitchen garden” next to her “camp” and has been growing her food ever since. EagleSong is active in the Garden Writer’s Association, Kitchen Gardeners International, United Plant Savers and the Herb Society of America. She is a regular instructor at Molbak’s, The Herbfarm and at RavenCroft Garden’s Food Camp, and was featured on the Kitchen Gardeners International website in May 2004. She describes her cooking style as “rustica” – simple, fresh and easy. Website – www.ravencroftgarden.com
