Dave Becker

Dave Becker is a Staff Editor at Sunset Magazine and a self-described “grammar geek.”  He has written numerous gardening articles for Sunset.  Before joining Sunset 5 years ago he studied journalism at San Diego State University and also worked for six years in area nurseries, where he taught himself the answers to every kind of gardening question. He shared his gardening know-how last summer on the Garden stage at Sunset’s annual Celebration Weekend.  Recently he has been overseeing Sunset’s test garden.
